This fully equiped, mirrored studio is outfitted with top-of-the-line Pilates apparatus. The weight room offers free stacked weights & your choice of music. Train your heart in the cardio area on an eliptical trainer, treadmill, stairmaster or recumbant bike. Adding to the luxury of this private studio, are full amnities, including a shower and jacuzzi tub.Bottled water and clean towels are provided at every visit.

Marguerite Bachmann BA (Hons)

A fitness professional with over 20 years of health and wellness experience. Marguerite is a Stott pilates certified instructor with certification for injuries &special populations. She is a certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor specializing in pre & post natal classes and 50+.She attends regular workshops and international conferences annually. Marguerite is also a member of The Canadian Pilates Association, The Pilates Method Alliance, I.D.E.A. Fitness Association, Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and West Vancouver Chamber of Commerce.
