After my pregnancy, I never thought I would recover from my pregnancy body. I was 205 pounds and I lost hope. Until one day, I decided to find help and found Fitness Vancouver Community. Their postnatal training program helped get back in shape. With that, I was able to achieve my goal of being fit and healthy.
