Michelle
Ng - Body Evolution
Michelle has completed registration as a BCRPA
& ISSA qualified Personal Trainer, Weight Training Instructor,
Group Fitness Leader, and indoor spin instructor based out of Vancouver,
BC with 10 years of experience.
As the founder and owner
of Body Evolution her mission is to enhance the lifestyles of each
client she trains with. Michelle presents scientifically sound,
refreshingly sensible and personalized ways of approaching weight
loss and maintenance. With an approach to total fitness based on
psychological methods, proven scientific facts and hard work and
determination, Michelle has combined the best fitness training techniques
with the most successful tips on nutrition to maximize results.
Michelle’s relationships
with her clients are not that of a personal trainer but rather a
life coach. Michelle’s boundless energy and devotion to helping
others enables her to enhance those she trains. By imparting a philosophy
of the integration of fitness, nutrition and behavioural changes,
she empowers each person to define and reach personal goals both
physical and psychological.
With a strong belief
in personal preventative healthcare, Michelle empowers those she
works with to learn healthy, realistic ways to improve their well
being so that they will live a long healthy life, stressing the
importance of incorporating fitness as a lifestyle and not a quick
fix.
Michelle’s passion
originates from 15 years of experience in dance, gymnastics, volleyball,
biking, yoga, strength and cardiovascular training. Michelle is
a graduate of BCIT with a Marketing Management Diploma and is continuing
her studies in dietetics, human kinetics, kinesiology, bio mechanics
and sport specifics training.
Along with her full and busy schedule, Michelle competes in Fitness,
recently placing 3rd at the 2004 SWFC and in the top 20 at the 2005
X -treme Fitness Obstacle Challenge. Her areas of specialization
include weight loss, sports conditioning, functional training, core
conditioning, bodybuilding, muscle sculpting, postural alignment
and muscular strength and endurance. Michelle invites you to contact
