Dan has a Ph.D in biomechanics,
and a B.Sc. in Physical Education from the National Academy of Physical
Educations and Sports, as well as being a Registered Personal Trainer
and Weight Training Instructor.
Dan trains out of downtown Vancouver,
Burnaby, and at clients’ homes.
As the founder and owner
of Fitness Essentials his mission is to instill the love for fitness
in his client’s.

Dan is a former fencer
and skier and a head coach. Dan has over 10 years of experience
as a coach and fitness professional. Dan’s experience includes
training a wide variety of people, ranging from elite college and
national level athletes, teenagers, Special Olympic athletes, retired
grandmothers/grandfathers, and middle-aged professionals.
