Dumbbell Pull Over

Pullovers strengthen the Lats and Serratus Anterior. Keep your elbows slightly bent to reduce strain on the elbow.

Starting position: Lie on the bench with your arms extended behind your head.

Movement: Keep the arms straight as you pull the dumbbells up and over your chest.
