Training What to expect from North Vancouver Fitness? During your start up consultation we will establish your fitness needs and preferences from the many workout options. Following this, set up your program, schedule and package. LocationsIndoor> In gym session for all your weight training and cardio needs. Join us at one of our partner locations throughout the lower mainland or we come to your home gym. Outdoor > Get out and enjoy the fresh mountain air on a trail, in the park or the seawall. We can even include your baby or dog! Talk to your trainer about the many options here. Training Options ONE on ONE  For optimum results, get your private sessions where all the attention and focus is on your every move. Push harder and be better than ever before with safe professional guidance and supervision. No thought needed, just follow instructions to succeed. It's fun too. Partner training Train with your partner or a friend, it doesn’t matter if you are at different fitness levels or have different goals. North Vancouver Fitness trainers can tailor programs to guide both of you in achieving your health and fitness goals. A cost effective way to train - training with a buddy is also motivating in itself, keeping you focused and committed. Group training Not sure if you can afford a private session but want to get the personal attention. Get a group of 3 – 5 friends to share your session and work out together for extra motivation.

While Sam is well versed in the “Art of Ballet” and ballet training, she has now learnt to incorporate it with study in Yoga and Pilates to give a fusion of the three. Designed originally for dancers, it has proven an innovative addition and supplement to strength and cardio programming. Enhancing flexibility and core strength as well as whole body and mind stimulation. Basic Yoga and Matt Pilates workouts can be designed and taught to you in your home also. These workouts are also a fantastic alternative for the mature adults or people recovering from injury or illness and those undergoing medical treatment that require moderate exercise to maintain muscle strength and movement when a more traditional workout is not suitable.
