About Ryan Lacy

Ryan is the President and Founder of Results Training and Conditioning. He is a graduate of the University of Regina with a Bachelor of Physical Activity Studies. Ryan offers In Studio and In Home Personal Training as well as the only true Fitness BootCamp experience throughout the City of Regina.

Ryan has 10 years of dedicated service in the Canadian Forces. During his Military service he was responsible to administer Physical Training while serving in a variety of positions in Canada and while Peacekeeping in Israel.

Ryan is currently working on a book titled "A Guide to Fitness In Regina" and writing an article for the National Strength Conditioning Association's Journal of Strength and Research.

Training Experience

Athletes from MLB, CFL, NFL, University, High School and Amateurs

Ryan continues to expand his knowledge by attending conferences and conducting research. He was the Research Co-ordinator for a study titled “The Effects of Whey Protein Supplementation, Periodized Training Programs and Controlled Lifting Tempo’s”. The study was a comparison of two common strength training models. Ryan attended the National Strength and Conditioning Association's National Conference in July 2007 and presented the findings to experts and peers in the field .

Ryan gained a wide variety of experience training clients through his experience at Athletes' Performance in Tempe, Arizona, the most elite athlete training centre in the world, Athlete Development and Anderson's Sports Medicine in Regina, Saskatchewan. During his experience he had the opportunity to train elite athletes from Major League Baseball, the National Football League, the National Hockey League, the Canadian Football League. In addition, Ryan also trained college athletes, high school athletes, recreational athletes, post-rehab individuals and people who simply want to
