Protein Shakes

 

Funky Monkey

1 - 2 scoops of protein powder (whey, soy, hemp)
1 tablespoon of all-natural peanut butter
1/2 - 1 banana
1 drop of natural vanilla extract and some cinnamon
1 cup of water
3 ice cubes

Pour the water and the appropriate amount of protein powder inside a blender. Once it’s blended, peel the banana and add to the shake along with the peanut butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon and ice cubes.

Blend until it’s smooth and then serve

Very Berry

1 - 2 scoops of protein powder (whey, soy or hemp)
1/2 - 1 cup of mixed berries
1 1/2 cups of water
1 strawberry half

Add the berries, whey or soy protein powder and water inside a blender. Blend until it’s smooth.

Serve in a tall glass and garnish with the strawberry half.

Orange Creamsicle

1 - 2 scoops of your favorite whey or soy protein powder (vanilla)
2 tablespoons of frozen unsweetened orange juice
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla flavoring
1/2 cup of crushed ice
1 cup of water
1 orange slice Directions

Combine the ingredients in your blender and blend for 2 minutes on high. Pour into a tropical decorated glass and garnish with an orange slice

Pina Colada

1 - 2 scoops of hemp protein powder
1/2 banana
1 cup of chopped pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 tsp ground coconut
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp honey
1/2 cup of ice
1 cup water


Puree in blender
