Since Anthony started Level 10 Fitness 1997, it has evolved into a multi disciplinary strength and conditioning firm, which offers everything from rehabilitation to elite athletic development. His staff of performance experts offer knowledge and integrity which yield unparalleled results.
Anthony was born and raised in West Vancouver. At West Van Secondary he captained the Rugby, Football and Basketball Teams to the BC Championships, receiving All-Stars in each. He received the Frank Gnup Scholarship for Excellence in Academics, Character and Football In The Province (UBC), the Ian Kelsey Award for Outstanding Character (Provincial), the Brian Upson Memorial Award for Outstanding Character and Basketball Excellence, the Howe Sound Scholarship for Academic and Basketball Excellence, the Passport to Education Scholarship for being on the Honour Roll every year in high school and a Football Scholarship to UBC.

He was an All-Star and Captain of the UBC Football Team where he played 4 years and earned his Psychology Degree. Anthony went on to play professional football with the Saskatchewan Roughriders of the CFL. He left the CFL after 1995 to start in the health, wellness and high performance industry. Anthony is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), a Certified Personal Trainer (C-PT) with the NSCA and an NCCP Certified Coach for Several Sports including Olympic Weightlifting.

Anthony is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the National Men's and Women's Wrestling Teams, the Canadian Snowboard Federation (National Snowboard Team), the National Women's Field Hockey Team, the National Tae Kwon Do Team and consultant to the National Whitewater, Flatwater, Sailing and Rhythmic Gymnastics Teams. Anthony was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Team BC as all 20 teams prepared for the 2005 Canada Summer Games. He was also the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Team BC for the 2007 Canada Winter Games. Anthony consults with the UBC Men’s Basketball Team, UBC Women’s and Men’s Volleyball Teams, the UBC Men’s Rugby and the UBC Men's and Women’s Rowing Teams. He is an advisor to various universities and colleges (in Canada and the US), secondary schools (across Canada) and club teams (across Canada) for speed and quickness development, as well as in-season, off-season and pre-season strength and conditioning programs. He currently works with clients of all ages and needs including many Olympians, National Team Athletes and professional athletes in the MLB, CFL, NFL, NBA, NHL, & various sports abroad (i.e. rugby, basketball, hockey, soccer, volleyball).

The Regina branch of Level 10 Fitness Inc. provided the Strength and Conditioning for Team Saskatchewan in the 2005 Canada Summer Games.
