Groundwork Athletics provides professional strength and conditioning training for individuals, or teams hoping to improve in the areas of speed, strength, agility, and quickness.
Co-Founders Troy Dalton and Jon Bula believe that the best way to improve athletically, is to employ a blend of cutting edge sport-science research, innovative exercises, and time-proven training techniques in order to build an athlete from the ground up.
We offer our strength and conditioning out of private personal training studio located at #10-736 Granville Street.

Group Personal Training
Get fit and have fun with our unique training in a stimulating group setting—Affordable Personal Training for all. Sessions focus on improving individual strength, agility, quickness, speed, core strength and flexibility. Sessions will be 60min Great for everyone no matter your fitness level.
Public, Private, or Corporate groups of up to 12 people with 2 coaches. Available in 8,10,12,16 week programs.
Elite Athlete Strength and Conditioning:

Team Sessions: Have you team rent our facility and work with our coaches. Sessions are 90 minutes - a great team builder exercise.
Join one of our spin classes. Ten participants hammer it out with specialized wireless music and instructor cueing direct to your bike.
