training team is Kelly Van Montfoort.
As might be expected from someone who
comes from the beautiful Okanagan region
of B.C., Kelly leads a very outdoors oriented
lifestyle. She thrives on many kinds of
outdoor sports, especially windsurfing,
rollerblading, hiking and golfing.
Kelly
started off in this industry six years
ago, determined to make a difference in
the lives of others, and she has certainly
succeeded. Over the years, she has led
her many clients in challenging, fun and
varied workouts, but where Kelly truly
excels is in her unique approach to nutrition.
The word 'diet' is not in Kelly's vocabulary!
A firm believer in healthy eating, she
is committed to helping clients integrate
good nutrition with personal fitness to
achieve a healthier lifestyle. She works
closely with each client to create a plan
which suits his or her individual needs.
Kelly
holds certificates from BCRPA as a Basic
Fitness Leader and ISSA in Sports Performance
Nutrition. With her infectious energy,
