Hi. I’m Doug Setter, B.Sc. I have studied Food and Nutrition, Behavioral Psychology and Eating Disorders. My training has included, weights, aerobic dance, martial arts, yoga, pilates and outdoor survival. As an underweight kid, I learned the importance of fitness, physical conditioning and self-defense. As an underweight teen I was able to build muscle and eventually serve as a paratrooper in the Canadian army. I have completed 5 marathons. At age 40, I won a welter weight title belt. After a year of hip and back pain, I learned Pilates from a student of Moira Stott. The pain went away and I began teaching the method to my clients. Aside from Food, Nutrition and Exercise, I have studied behavioral psychology and eating disorders. Many of the methods are in my book: Stomach Flattening

MY METHOD?

Minimum equipment, gizmos or trends. Movements from yoga, Pilates and kick-boxing. Burn the fat, lose the flab, pack on the lean muscle and have fun.
