Chris
Levis is a sports enthusiast. Since
his school days in his hometown
of Windsor, Ontario, he has immersed
himself in the world of sports.
Hockey, basketball, volleyball and
football have all been listed among
his passions--but one sport has
stood out among the rest: Lacrosse.
Chris'
level of achievement in lacrosse
is a testament to his high personal
standards. He plays at the professional
level and has done so for the past
five years. During the summers,
he plays amateur lacrosse for the
Coquitlam Adanacs of the Western
Lacrosse Association.
A
lifelong immersion in sports means
that Chris has a deep personal understanding
of the impact--both positive and
negative--of sports on the human
body. Five years ago, this intuitive
knowledge naturally led Chris into
training clients in a rehabilitative
setting. He found that his experiences
in sport afforded him the empathy
and ability to guide athletes as
they sought to regain their strength
and fitness levels. He enjoyed the
process of helping them to reinvent
themselves.
Now
Chris brings his expertise to the
team at Studeo 55, and we are thrilled
to have him. His knowledge in sport
specific and rehabilitative training
means that Studeo 55 now offers
clients an even greater depth of
services.
