Modified Push Up

 

Push Ups are a great exercise for the chest and triceps. It is important to maintain a neutral spine. Variations of the classis push-up include modified, ball, narrow, wide and many more.

Starting position: Bend at the knees with your knees on the floor. Hands should be shoulder width apart with elbows bent at 90.

Movement: Straighten the arms as you push the floor below you.
