Ham Curls are an advanced exercise for the hamstrings. This
exercise should be performed with great control to prevent
injury. For a less challenging exercise, keep both ankles
on the ball throughout the movement.

Starting
position: Lie on the floor
with one heel on the ball and the other bent in the air. Lift
your hips off the mat.
Movement:
Bend your knee as you curl the ball in towards your glutes.
